30-Day Returns - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it. Note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days; please inspect all products upon receipt. Please read our full policy below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may need to cover a shipping fee in order to fulfill a return.

Returns of Online Purchases
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us at (347) 464-2672 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and receive further instructions on how to ship it back to us. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping your order back to us:
- Write the RMA on the pre-printed return address form included with your boxed order or from your RMA email. Complete the returns form, then pack it with your order and affix the address label to the outside of the box. Send your return via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL and obtain a tracking number.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note the following information:
- Returns cannot be made to our Little Lamp Lights store locations.
- All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund.
- We do not offer exchanges on purchases.
- Please take a picture of the item to ensure all items are intact.
Please note that all sales on international orders are final. The exception are orders shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, FPO, and APO addresses.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
